Problem
At the start of 2020, Ignite Power entered the competitive Southern California solar market, somewhat late to the party. They needed a full solution to position them for success while going up against some big name competitors in the area.
Planning & Solution
After that, we really went to work on helping Ignite refine and scale sales team that could drive the revenue. Employee onboarding and training were key, as we grew with them to 50+ full-time sales reps in the first year. A strong social media presence was established, which assisted in both recruitment and sales to the organization. If you’ve ever knocked doors for work, you’ll be familiar with the mental highs and lows that accompany the stressful job. We created a myriad of motivational assets that advertised internal sales competitions, bonuses, core values, and more.
Results
From foundation to the close of 2020, Ignite Power grew to become a market leader in San Diego solar sales. 50+ operating sales reps, millions in revenue, and a reputation that not only attracts further growth, but has sent a clear message to competitors that they are not a force to be reckoned with. We have loved growing with Ignite through their journey, and excited to see what the future holds for them.
